AIM Ultimate Detailing Booking Policy

Booking Amendments:

Customers can amend their bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charges.

Changes requested within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.


Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.


No-Shows:

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.


Late Arrivals:

Please ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. Late access may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.


Payment:

Payments are due at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.


Service Guarantees:

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours to address any concerns.


Privacy:

Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for service provision and communication.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.


Engine Bay Cleaning:

Customers acknowledge the risks involved with engine bay cleaning.

AIM Ultimate Detailing is not responsible for any damage resulting from this service.


Customer Premises Requirements:

Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and there is adequate space for our team to perform the services safely.

Any delays or issues caused by the premises will be the responsibility of the customer.


Weather Conditions:

Weather conditions are essential for our mobile services. In case of inclement weather, appointments may need to be rescheduled. We will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
