AIM Ultimate Detailing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.


2. Services

We offer mobile car detailing services, including exterior and interior detailing, headlight restoration, cut and polish, engine bay cleaning, and ceramic coating at the customer’s premises.


3. Booking Amendments

Customers can amend bookings up to 24 hours before the appointment without charges. Changes within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.


5. No-Shows

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.


6. Late Arrivals

Please ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. Late access may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.


7. Payment

Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.


8. Service Guarantees

If not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours to address concerns.


9. Liability Waiver

We take precautions to protect your vehicle but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, or broken parts. By booking, you release us from liability except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.


10. Engine Bay Cleaning

Customers acknowledge the risks of engine bay cleaning. We are not responsible for damage from this service.


11. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for service provision and communication. We do not share information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.


12. Consent for Vehicle Inspection

By booking, you consent to a vehicle inspection to document its current condition and identify pre-existing damage.


13. Customer Premises

Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and there is adequate space for our team to perform the services safely. Any delays or issues caused by the premises will be the responsibility of the customer.


14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on our website.


15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes shall be resolved in New Zealand courts.
